At CULT MIA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your unique purchase. We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery for all eligible luxury items in their original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact and attached.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Download and print your pre-paid shipping label from the portal and attach it firmly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 10 business days of arrival at our warehouse.
